  • Experiential exercises (i.e. somatic support) for each chakra, helping you to strengthen the chakra connection to allow for more grief support.

This guide was designed to be a supportive tool to introduce you to unconventional practices to nourish you in your grief journey.

Please remember this is not a “fix it” method to make your grief go away. Rather, it’s a supportive aid to help you open to and make space for your grief to move.

Honor your limits as you move through the chakras and somatic practices. Stop when you need to stop. Pause when you need to pause. Take a break when you feel overwhelmed. Let it be as easy as possible.

There is no destination in this journey. Grief is an ever-evolving spiral.
